Model 90

Model 90 Fabricated Simplex Strainer has been designed for manufacturing flexibility.
It is also easy to customize the strainer to meet special application requirements.

Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel although other materials can be specified.

Pipeline sizes from 1″ to 48″

Basket material : Stainless steel 1/32″ to 1/2″ perforation, 20 to 400 Mesh linings also available.

Flanged ANSI Class 150 and 300 – As standard, Flanged Class 600 and higher – Available on request

Two cover types available : Quick Opening Hinged & Bolted Blind.

Model 950

Model 950 features two strainer basket housing with a valve flow diverter assembly connecting them.
It is also easy to customize the strainer to meet special application requirements.

Carbon or Stainless Steel

Available in sizes from 2″ to 12″.

Flanged ANSI class 150 or 300

Steam jacket for highly viscous fluids

Coatings and linings available upon request

Fabricated Dupplex Strainer can also be designed with a backflush / backwash option.

A duplex type basket strainer can operate continuously and the pipeline never has to be shut down.

Tee-Type Strainers Model 91

Tee Strainer is typically used for pump protection or other low solids applications.

Carbon or Stainless Steel

Sizes are available from 2″ to up to 48″.

ANSI Class 150, 300, or 600 flanges or butt weld piping connections.

Convoluted screen for more surface area with perforations from 1/16″ to 1/2″

20 to 60 mesh linings for fine straining applications

Temporary Strainers

Temporary strainer is a device temporarily installed in a pipeline to remove sediment and debris from fluids. It is used for piping start-up applications only

Sizes are available from 2″ to 24″.

ANSI Class 150, 300, or 600 flanges

Perforations: 1/32” to 1/2 “ diameter

Mesh liners of 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 (best with basket type strainers)

ANSI classes 150, 300 and 600

Stainless steel or MONEL® construction
